Vacation Withdrawal Application for your use to receive your vacation benefit for 2024.  If you have not already submitted a completed application to the Fund office, please fill out this form in its entirety and return it to the Fund office for use in processing your vacation payout.  As you may know, the payout is issued each year on or around April 1.  If you request your vacation payout it will be sent to you by mail, so please make sure that your correct address is on the application. 

In order to receive your 2024 vacation payout on time, your Vacation Withdrawal Application must be received in the Fund office by March 27, 2024.  If your application is received timely then your payout will be made on April 01, 2024.  Applications received after this date will be processed but may be delayed. Please note if you have previously applied for the 2024 vacation fund payout, it is not necessary to resubmit this application.

If you did not make an application for and thus did not receive your vacation payout last year (2023), you will also receive those monies with this 2024 payout.  This of course is provided if you make a proper application.

If you took out a loan with the Credit Union (PowerNet) against your vacation payout, they will be forwarding your completed application to the Fund office.  Your payout will be directed to them for repayment of your loan.
