Randall became a Member of I.B.E.W. Local 915 in 1983 and completed a 4 year apprenticeship in 1986 becoming an Inside Journeyman Wireman. He was elected to the Executive Board in 1993 and served 3 terms. He was appointed unanimously by Local 915`s Executive Board to fill the remaining term of President and has been re-elected to 4 more terms without opposition. He was appointed Business Manager by the Executive Board in July 2013. He served a term as trustee of Local 915 Health and Pension Funds and currently serves on the board again. He has served as a trustee on the Tampa Area Electrical JATC, has served as Secretary/Treasurer on 3 occasions and also served as Chairman. He has served as Assistant Business Agent/Organizer of Local 915 from 2005 until 2013. Randall was appointed Business Manager/Financial Secretary June 2013 and was elected Business Manager/Financial Secretary in June 2014 elections. Randall was sequentially re-elected in the June 2017and 2020 and 2023 elections.
Brian became a member of IBEW Local 915 in 2016. He completed a 5-year apprenticeship in 2020 becoming an Inside Journeyman Wireman. In 2022, Brian was appointed by the Executive Board to fill the remaining term as an At-Large Member. In September of 2022, he joined the Local Union staff. Brian is currently serving as the Field Organizer/Political Coordinator for Local 915 and as a Trustee for the Pension, Health & Welfare, and Vacation Funds.
In 2015, Jeffrey transitioned to a pivotal role at IBEW Local 915, taking on the responsibilities of dues secretary. In this capacity, he demonstrated remarkable organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail while overseeing the dues collection process and ensuring compliance with administrative protocols. His commitment to maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth operations made him an invaluable asset to the organization throughout his six-year tenure. After a brief hiatus, Jeffrey Rosch rejoined the esteemed team at IBEW Local 915 in 2023, bringing back his wealth of experience and expertise to contribute to the continued success of the organization.
